As part of a franchise website redesign initiative for Subway, I partnered closely with the Creative Director to bring proposed digital concepts to life through motion. I created animated website prototypes that showcased page transitions, user interactions, and the overall browsing experience, helping transform static designs into engaging presentations. These animations gave stakeholders a clearer understanding of the creative vision, allowing them to experience how the final website would look and feel before development began.
